Customer Service
We understand the industry better than anyone....
Many other training providers are 'add ons' of companies that specialise in other industries. Top Height Training however specialise only in the construction training industry, most prominently in the working at height industry. This means that your training is our number one priority and we are committed to offering you a smooth and efficient service with knowledgeable, skilled and experienced staff. Every member of our Top Height Training team, from our administrators and booking staff to our trainers, have been highly trained and are experienced in the construction training industry. In fact we have over 100 years collective experience in this sector alone, let alone experience within the access, hire, and construction industries. We only use PASMA and IPAF registered trainers for each respective course we run.
We offer a fast and efficient booking service.
We understand that your day to day work can rely on having the correct training; sometimes your work can stop at the drop of a hat if your workers do not have the correct certification. Therefore we aim to provide you with a fast and efficient booking system where all bookings will be confirmed within 48 hours of receipt of your correctly signed booking form and payment.
We do our best to provide a fast turn-around of certificates
Top Height Training knows your delegates need their certification as soon as possible after their training, therefore we offer a letter of confirmation on the day of the training to show the delegates have passed, and we aim to send certification within 3 weeks of the course, as soon as it has been processed and paid for.
We work flexibly and will tailor any course to your company's needs.
We appreciate how hard it is sometimes to get delegates to a training centre due to different shift patterns, and the distance involved. Therefore why not let the trainer come to you? Providing you have adequate facilities this is not a problem. Maybe you want your employees to be trained on a specific bit of equipment or want one certain area to be covered in particular detail. Again, not a problem just call us to ask on 0117 961 6546 or email info@topheighttraining.co.uk.
